A notes app joins as an extra person, and everyone can see it.
The other person can tell a recorder is on the call.
You still need notes afterwards.

With OmniForge

OmniForge does not appear in the list of people on the call.
The call looks like a normal call.
Notes are written on your computer during or after.

For calls where an extra notes person is not welcome

For 1:1s, client calls, and sessions where you do not want someone extra showing up as a recorder.

How it works

Prepare recording permissions

Enable microphone and system-audio access, then make a short test recording. OmniForge captures audio from your computer instead of joining the meeting as a participant.

Review the transcript and summary

Check the captured audio, correct transcription errors and review the summary before sharing it. Recording without a bot does not replace participant consent or your workplace recording policy.

Before you start

Account: An OmniForge account is required for every plan, including Free.
Setup and offline use: Install on an Apple Silicon Mac or Windows PC and download the local models first. Sign-in, billing, model downloads and updates need internet. Local processing does not upload your content.
Privacy: Documents, recordings, transcripts, prompts and answers are processed on your computer. Optional diagnostics send limited metadata and exclude your content.
Free plan: 50 indexed files, one workspace and 40 minutes per recording. Unlimited adds higher quotas and custom summary templates.
