Understand why a recording, workspace, or file action may be limited.

Plan limits affect how many files, workspaces, and recording minutes you can use.

Free plan limits

The Free plan is meant for evaluation. It includes limits such as:

  • Indexed files.
  • Workspaces.
  • Recording duration.

The app shows upgrade prompts when you reach a plan boundary.

Starter and one-time plans are designed for heavier use. They remove file, workspace, and recording time limits.

If a limit looks wrong

  1. Confirm you are signed in.
  2. Open Plans & pricing.
  3. Wait for entitlement sync.
  4. Restart OmniForge if the state does not update.
