Plan limits affect how many files, workspaces, and recording minutes you can use.
Free plan limits
Free requires an account and includes:
- 50 indexed files.
- One workspace.
- 40 minutes per recording.
The app shows upgrade prompts when you reach a plan boundary.
Paid plan access
Unlimited removes the file, workspace and recording-time quotas and adds custom summary templates. Business includes Unlimited features with team administration and SSO. Business Plus is scoped after a workflow assessment.

If a limit looks wrong
- Confirm you are signed in.
- Open Plans & pricing.
- Wait for entitlement sync.
- Restart OmniForge if the state does not update.
